Incredible hotel in a wonderful location. Although the decor is a little outdated, and all around perfect. Employees are constantly looked after us and spoke very good English. We spent the New Year here and have just returned. I must say that the staff is very tried and made a New Year's just great! Everything was great, well done! The only inconvenient little thing was that as we were the only English in the hotel, my husband had to call a taxi to pick up the paper from a nearby hotel, but when we talked about this team for the reception, they are very apologetic and said they would deal with. And the staff and guests - everyone was very friendly, chatting and having fun with us, albeit in broken English. The food was a bit tasteless, but I have not had any problems with the stomach, as is usually the case when we go abroad, and it is a clear indicator of the purity and quality of food. The strangest thing for us was that the outside of the property of beer is just as expensive as at home (2.20 pound), although at the exact same beer. Be careful with taxi drivers - unfortunately, the first night, we were deceived and made the change to the bill denomination of 50, and we decided that it was 50 pounds, although it was the smallest denomination in Egypt. Although, when we talked about this the other taxi driver, he was very upset for a long time and apologized for the deception of his colleagues. And yet, we met a fabulous New Year's Eve in a wonderful hotel.
