To accommodate the guests the hotel offers:
standard room size of 25 sq m and a maximum of 2 people. (Two separate beds + bunk bed);
standard room measuring 45 square meters and a maximum occupancy 3 persons. (Two twin beds or a double bed + bunk bed).
Hotel fund has 181 rooms.
151 room features a French balcony and views of the street, courtyard and part of the pool. 30 rooms overlooking the pool with a balcony.
Each room has air conditioning (individually controlled central), TV (a Russian TV channel), minibar (empty), safe (free of charge), telephone, hair dryer, ceramic flooring. Bathroom with WC, shower built into the wall. Of toiletries available only with a liquid soap dispenser.
Rooms are cleaned daily, linen change - twice a week.
The hotel was built in 2008 and the rooms are fairly new, but because of the strange layout has in its arsenal a room with windows on the adjacent building of the hotel (the window in the window) and the room under the stairs with a small window on the road. Tourists who principled view from the window, change the room to the other without additional cost or surcharge (who both agree).

The hotel area is very small and compact. The hotel's infrastructure includes two three-story residential buildings, reception, main restaurant, two bars, swimming pool, laundry, doctor's office, a souvenir shop. Most of the site is a freshwater swimming pool (depth 160 cm). In the winter, the pool is not heated. Sun beds, umbrellas, mattresses, towels by the pool are free.
